2) Self-decision: Based on massive bearing service data, combined with big data and deep learning technology, extract service information characteristics under bearing health status, identify current operating status and bearing historical data trends, evaluate bearing service health status, Abnormal working conditions make early warning judgments.
 
3) Self-regulation: On the basis of bearing service status monitoring, evaluation and diagnosis, combined with the study of the rolling bearing service status mechanism, the service status of the rolling bearing is adjusted through the amount of lubricant, cooling parameters, preload state and working conditions (such as speed, cutting amount) etc. To improve the safety and reliability of major equipment in service and the predictability of maintenance.
