In the bearing industry, the process of putting the steel ball in the middle of the inner and outer rings is called "fitting."
"Coupling" process:
1. Prepare the inner and outer ring, the inner ring is placed on one side
2. Put in the steel ball
3. Split the ball, evenly separate the steel balls with a ball splitter with small claws
4. Place the cage and rivet the two cages
 
In actual production, there are still full ones, generally with ball gaps. Less used: It can be seen that there is a ball-filling notch on one side, and the steel ball is filled in from the notch, but this bearing has a relatively small ability to withstand axial loads and uses less.
