On March 26th local time, the German Hanover Exhibition Company announced that due to the increasing epidemic of new crown pneumonia, the Hannover Industrial Fair 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Industry Fair) will no longer be held.


This is also the first time in 73 years since the Hannover Messe was founded. However, the organizer will soon launch an online docking platform for exhibitors to establish contacts and exchange information with professional visitors.
 
Earlier, the German Hanover Exhibition Company announced in early March that it had postponed the exhibition originally scheduled for April 20-24 to July 13-17.
 
It is reported that the Hannover Messe is the world's largest industrial event. Since it was first held in 1947, it has become the main display platform for innovative products and automation technology worldwide, and is favored by leading companies in related industries. According to plan, the next Hannover Messe will be held in April 2021.
